The free version of the dynamic.watch website lets you import routes in the very popular GPX file format. Premium also lets you export (download) routes to GPX.
To export a route to GPX, on your main list of routes https://dynamic.watch/me find the 
menu on the right-hand end of the route's row, then click on Download GPX file. This will save the GPX file to your normal downloads folder.
This also will work on a phone, although you may be asked to specify exactly where you want to save the file to (for example, whether to save it to a Files folder on the phone, or to a cloud folder).
You also can export a route to GPX when viewing it: in the information box at the bottom-left of the map viewer, click on Export GPX file.
